    • Thanks for that, had no idea.

    • You're braver than me

    • Go big or go home.

    • You make me wanna go broke again

    • Where's the easiest and safest place to buy NEO from?

      • Binance

      • Yup, I don't know 'bout the easiest or safest place, but I got it on Binance.

    • Similar here, but all holdings show 0. Plus I have other issues I have written about a week ago, but they remain unresolved. Maybe @Edwin is sick.
Anyway, I will use this opportunity to repost: "when I look at my Holdings section my ICO's display different values than they do in the Transaction section. The Transaction section display the correct values."
As of today one of my ICOs (TrueReply) is missing from the holdings section now. It can still be found on the transaction section.
Finally, that 'Alert' bell keeps shaking even though I have addressed the messages by using the link. Do I have to log out to stop this? To solve this I go to P0.1 dashboard and clear the messages manually.

      • To reset the notifications you have to click the tick icon in the upper right corner of the notifications dialog.

    • @Edwin is not sick, we tell him to look into your problems right the way!

    • That did the trick @sdegroot. Thanks.
Thanks @Svensson, good to hear he's not sick.

    • I'm on it =)

    • will they also add altcoins?

@Edwin There is an issue with my ICN (Iconomi) import in the 2.0 portfolio. I have 50 ICN which should currently be worth about 44 USD, but my 2.0 portfolio shows that it's only worth 0,41 USD in total.

    • Looking into this right now.

    • @sdegroot Seems like it was due to ICN colliding with iCoin, please reset your 1.0 Import (Clear Portfolio - Altpocket) and re-import the manual transactions and it will grab the correct one.
Please confirm when you try and if it fixed.

I've been waiting for Bitstamp to verify my documents since mid December. They really need to ramp up the number of support employees, this is crazy. Anyone else having the same issue?

    • In January, I was approved on Coinbase, Kucoin, binance, and kraken within a day or two.

    • I submitted mine around end of November/early December and I got verified around 2 weeks ago. Maybe a few more weeks for you to get verified?

    • Even if they did, the platform couldn't handle all the new users ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    • @lechevre I haven't had these issues with other exchanges, just Bitstamp. I think most exchanges have an automated verification system, whereas Bitstamp uses old grannies with bad eyesight to do the job.

    • @AEM Hope so! Now that Kraken has increased their website's performance, the need for Bitstamp is not as big anymore though.

I accidentally bought some BTC today @ ~$8500 because I forgot to cancel a pending buy order that I set a month ago. I feel like such an amateur haha.

    • Haha! Probably never imagined it'd hit that low again. Phew!

    • @tklp, well to be honest, I did think that it would reach this level eventually (like many others did too), but having reached this level now, I'm not sure that we've seen the lowest point. BTC @ $7500 is realistic if you'd ask me.

    • You mean to tell me you accidentally made money? You can sell now to lock in and buy back lower, but you already know this.

    • @ManiMoto, yep, for the moment I'm in the money. I could sell, but I won't. I see this as a 'lesson learned'. ;-)

    • 9.3k on bitfinex at the moment.. so bitfinex even didn't reach the 8.500 dollar. So gratulations, until now it was almost the absolute low today?

It's good to see that the markets are going up again after this brutal sell-off (which, in the crypto-world, is called a healthy correction ;-))

Beware not to go all in now though as we're not quite there yet. If BTC doesn't manage to break the 12500-13000 resistance, then we might see another big decline to around 8000-8500 level, which will surely drag all the alts with it.

    • It was a healthy correction. We got the level from former christmas days. So we just got pushed back 3 weeks! That is nothing.

But of course it is hard when you came in lately. It is emotional, for me, too. But in fact it is a good joke. Only 3 weeks! Look at the stock market history what real crashs looks like ;) You lose some years.. not just 3 weeks ;)

    • @boris_es, oh absolutely. A 30-70% sell-off in a week is huge, but in these markets, with some coins doing 100x in a month it should all be seen in perspective. Doesn't hurt any less though :)

Got myself some new coins yesterday and was about the buy some more today, but I think I'll hold on for now to see where this goes first.

I'm currently losing more money between page refreshes than I can handle lol. Time to relax and see what the damage is tomorrow morning. Have a good one!

    • One more check tomorrow then it's 72 hours cold turkey for me!

Binance is a good exchange, but their withdrawal fees are ridiculously high! I want to transfer some coins to my wallet, but I need to pay 8-10 USD for each of them. #sad

    • Worst is leaving fractions of coins in there. Doesn’t help my ocd.

    • I have 0.000000006 BTC and BTG etc in various places. If I’m lucky gets filtered as “empty”

    • @ManiMoto @dullarddist Lol yeah, I feel your pain!

    • Yeah I feel the pain. On the one hand I want my portfolio to be nicely diversified to minimize the risks, but on the other hand I'm thinking of cutting the number of coins I invest in in half to halve the withdrawal fees as well. Such a dilemma.

    • I think customers should file a petition to AT LEAST be able to combine + convert all of those tiny fractional amounts to BNB to use towards transfer fees - they would gain value/support with customers long-term and it would be a good way to boost the value of BNB as well = win win situation, no?
