So far I'm not a fan of 2.0 - Not being caustic here, but could someone enlighten me as to why it's better? Thank you!

    • I am using 1.0 I do not like table view in v 2.0 has api better to work with exchanges etc not using it

    • you will be 1000$ on the + side next week easily if not more.

    • i am in for the long haul. taking advantage of the opportunities as they come. hungrydogsrunfaster

    • I'm in it for years don't worry, a few setbacks don't mean sh*t

    • daytrade4life

    • Stay patient! Big moves coming over next several months as ICO projects begin to prove they're legit!

Here's a warm and fuzzy post for today. Some of us on here have less than $100 invested while others have hundreds of thousands invested. I encourage you not to focus so much on how much you have invested, but take pride in the fact that you are in this space so early. Yes, it's still early. While I want to make a profit and am fully aware that a lot of my holdings are speculative I have to say that not only do I enjoy seeing profit, but I enjoy learning about the technology. In closing, those of us that survive dips come to appreciate the growth even more. I encourage you to find ways to invest more and learn about the technology in which you are investing. #tothemoon for us all

    • Yeah feels good to know you started off with Little amount of money

    • Amen!

    • Build the base and the profits will come.

Coin I don't have but I would like to: ICX

What's the top coin you currently don't have on your radar?

    • Tron, Dogecoin and Bitconnect... jk... Nano though

    • @vatolocogo Coins that have a low USD and move a lot at times are certainly enticing. If you are looking for a coin that doesn't cost a lot, I'd recommend XLM.. It's a much more robust company than the two you mentioned. Tron plagiarized a lot of their white paper and Doge's founder doesn't even believe in it anymore. That doesn't mean you can't make money off of them, but I think there are much better picks out there.

    • Not sure if I just got trolled, but I didn't want to be rude to him.

    • @vatolocogo LOL, I just saw your edited post, lol. I didn't want to be mean, but I was kind of like, "Dang, this guy's gonna get hosed."

    • honestly, i don't mean like Tron haven't done some bad moves and PR, but i think a lot of those FUD, scam, ****coin guys will be surprised in a year or so..

What's the top coin you currently don't have on your radar?

    • Definitely Wanchain (WAN) I think it will be an profitable long-term investment.

    • c20 been trying to get some for agesss but just havnt been bothered (crypt20 index fund)

So, I use three things to make decisions on crypto; Research, Instinct and Technical Analysis. I would say that Research is 50% of my decision, Instinct is 40% and TA is 10%. What is your formula for crypto?

    • Research 40%
Adoption / adaptation probability (direction the world is headed and if I find the platform fits that direction) You could call that instinct, I guess 40%
      Advice 20%

    • You have a very solid portfolio. Your instinct is good, I must say :D

    • Buy High Sell Low is Best Strategy, proved by /biz/ scientists.

    • @meeyak17 Thank you. I'm not happy with the VTC and I feel dirty about the XRP. However, I see ETH and NEO as my foundational pieces while ELF and ADA are my long-term 3rd generation plays. The other coins are ones I researched and have found to be solid plays. I don't really guess for the "to the moon" coins, even though I'd like to have one pop up there. I look for something that will still be around in 4-6 years when the weaker coins get washed out of the market.

    • @nebula Buy High Sell Low? Is it the gear talking or have you gone mad?

    • Yeah seen this I just hope this is a real partnership not just something they pulled out of there a s s

If you are getting weak hands, I understand. As someone who has helped family members get into crypto recently I am frustrated by the huge correction. But for me, I am still buying in. I've currently invested $5,000 in my own portfolio and $5,000 in a crypto pool that a friend of mine and I have set up. I'm confident that this market will grow, and I'm confident that the trash coins will be weeded out over the next 3-5 years. If you are getting down, just scroll out and look at the market growth the last six months. It will be fine.

    • slowly getting a weak hand to invest more :D

    • @nordx89 I hear you for sure. As long as you have the money to risk, I'd start buying in. I actually have over the last few days. I'm not getting into it any more right now, but I will if we see another 20-30% drop.
